Tonight called for something blue and tart. Decided to make some vanilla bean cupcakes with fresh berries baked in and topped with a cream cheese blue berry frosting. The Dude says they taste yum!!! He likes to eat the leftovers from the bowl works he washes it.
Fresh out of the oven. Blueberries have been reduced,strained and now cooling. Thought would try for a flower look.
Making chocolate cupcakes with a strawberry compote and Nutella frosting for the church party this weekend.
